I am an accomplished and results oriented Executive Chef, with a blend of strategic and operational experiences in a various culinary, food and beverage positions both in top Fine Dining Restaurants, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos and Catering in Australia, Asia, Middle East and France. Within 14 years in the industry I have developed a clear vision of the future based on a sound understanding of the business along with market trends.

My unique blend of creative flair and passion for food has enabled me to align my service experience to meet not only my guests’ expectations but also to ensure I pass on the same drive and enthusiasm to my valuable team. I take pride in my proven skills and ability  to provide the highest level of food production standards in the kitchen. I built very strong teams in previous work places to become a cohesive unit with one goal in mind to achieve the objectives of the business.
